I ordered from Ed hardy 15 days ago with a guaranteed 48hr tracked delivery 15 days later and Im still waiting, I have emailed on several occasions sometimes I get a reply sometimes not All I want is a refund or resend as they are in breach of contract under the consumer act 2015 I have asked them to please stop blaming the strike as I have other deliveries coming from companies with little or no delay Its so unfortunate that my daughter lives the ex hardy clothes as I will NEVER order from them again Customer service is shocking Ive never experienced customer service quite as bad .

Never got my order

I never got my order it was suppose to come Monday February 27th then I got an update from fedex saying it's delayed. Then another saying it was sent back to the sender. Will my package be sent back out ? If not I would like a full refund

Hi, My name is Marlene Thomas, and I wrote to customer service, January 22, 2021 regarding a pair of pink slippers that I purchased and was very unhappy with the quality in which they were made. I even sent a pair of my best animal print slippers as an example to show the difference. To date I have yet to receive a respond. Is there anything you could do to rectify this situation?

I have sent several emails regarding a return I need to make. On the return item page it says to log into your account and get the return instructions but there is no sign in and I did not make an account when I made my purchase. I just need to return the shirt I ordered. I ordered the wrong size and have already re-ordered the right size.
